We are excited to share that we received 2021 Master Design Awards for two of our remodeling projects—The Admiral’s Library and Rosie’s Refresh.

Sponsored by Qualified Remodeler magazine, the Master Design Awards is the premier national contest recognizing outstanding achievement in residential remodeling projects. Entries are judged on aesthetic appeal, construction techniques used, handling of unusual situations, attention to detail, functionality of space, and overall impression of the project.

Bronze Award – Residential Specialty Category

The Admiral’s Library received the bronze award in the Residential Specialty category. Many custom details were incorporated in this renovation including a stunning coffered ceiling using architectural pilasters, beams, and moldings to connect all bookcases.

Silver Award – Exterior Facelift Category

Rosie’s Refresh won the silver award in the Exterior Facelift category. The goal of this project was to keep the uniqueness of the home’s exterior design aesthetic, but make it look more like a mid-century modern Palm Springs style.
