This master bathroom renovation was a full gut remodel that stripped the space back to the original wood studs and joists. This comprehensive demolition allowed for critical infrastructure updates, including new plumbing and electrical systems, as well as the installation of a fully ducted exhaust fan and proper insulation to enhance comfort and efficiency. We also repurposed an adjacent bedroom closet to expand the shower area, creating a more open and luxurious feel. The homeowners selected timeless finishes that echo the stately character of their 1908 historic home, blending modern functionality with classic design.
