Project Description:
Dovetail completed a first floor gut and renovation of a wonderful Brownstone in Philadelphia. The space was opened up by removing a wall between the kitchen and adjacent dining room to enjoy a view of the back garden. A new steel support beam was put in place. An abundance of attractive storage space was added to the first floor.
